Pub drink in Sydney

If you've got time before you get on your ship, take the time to walk a little bit away from the harbour to get away from the super-expensive tourist traps.

We found this little pub a few hundred metres up the hill towards Darling Harbour.

It was a nice quiet authentic-feeling pub where we could get a nice cold cider (very much needed on a hot day).

We still managed to run into at least one other group who were going on the cruise - hard not to when there's more than 2000 of them roaming the area.
