Caesar salad lunch

In the Edelweiss restaurant at lunch, there was an extensive salad bar if you preferred to do your own salad rather than order something from the menu.

All the food was good, but the chicken in particular was incredibly succulent and tasty, and made for the best Caesar salad I'd ever tasted.
