Cake decoration demonstration

One of the fun demonstrations during the day was a cake decoration demonstration.

They started with a chocolate mudcake base, some cream, cherries and cherry liquor.

The guy in the middle was the professional chef, who gave instructions on what to do and demonstrated on his cake.

The person at the bottom was a volunteer from the audience who got to try doing it live in front of everyone.

And at the top is the cruise director Sol, who clowned around the entire time, not following instructions, using too much liquor, throwing the cherries onto the cake rather than placing them, and so on.

At the end of the demonstration, everyone got to go up and taste the cakes.
