Head waiter Deepak

This was our head waiter Deepak, easily identifiable by the red jacket that he wore.

He had been with the cruise line for five years and presumably worked his way up the ranks from assistant waiter to waiter and then to head waiter.

He would come around once a night to check that we were all happy with the service and had no problems.
